Its daily productivity is 2*18*8*24=6912 pairs by theory calculation.for 1 pair in 1 mould,For 2pairs in 1 mould is 6912*2=13824 pairs per 24hours
Note:
1.Its product range includes EVA mid-soles,rainboots,slippers,sandals, clogs,sport protectors and various kinds of shoes and shoe accessories and depends on the EVA shoe mould.
2.The clamping force can be increased from 150 to 210 tons, according to your requirement.
3.The foam EVA injection molding machine is fully hydraulic and automatic operation except taking out product.
4.It is PLC controlled, its humanized parameter computer operation interface provide quick and exact terms of production.

1.Can we see the machine working while I come your factory?
Yes. As you know, we are machine manufacturer, not shoes factory. And the machine need order, then manufacturing. If we has the machine in the factory, we can work it for you. If we has not this machine in the factory, we can take you to our customer's factory, you can see the machine working directly.
2. What do you think the different between your machine with other machines?
That's a good question.
First, the spare parts is different. Ours is made from international brand, others is made from domestic factory. The function has a big different. That is why other machines can provide lower price.
Second, the conformation of the machine. According to the height of people, we adjust the height of the machine, now it's convenient to put the mold and take the shoes from the mold for everyone.

3.Will your company will send the technical workers to my factory?
